In this video, author and mental health educator Douglas Bloch shares a simple method that can help you to become more productive. It involves writing down the six most important things you need to accomplish the following day, with the most important task at the top of the list. The next day you focus on one task at a time. Any goals that are not completed are placed on the list for the following day.

Thank you, Douglas. I value so much your teachings! and the jokes, sometimes I don't understand them bc of the language terms but I laugh because of your expression haha. And yes, this drives me to "LESS is MORE", let's not confuse the term with "busyness", productivity is getting what's important done and to focus on one task at the time avoids confusing and making mistakes. 😊

Yes any update. Thinking of you praying for your recovery. Just want you to know how much your body of work continues to help me. You are one of a kind Douglas. I thought of this but you may already have researched it or even tried this.. Finding a trial like they were doing at Stanford Harvard all these big schools on psilocybin. One never knows where the miracle of healing enters. Praying for you and for all of us on this journey.
