Along with the Kool and the Gang line, Natalie's best was also when Blair was reading excerpts from a romance novel while everyone was waiting for their pizza to be delivered: "Great, Blair. You go from food to sex, and I can't have either!"

The episode of their all night study jam was hilarious. I remember it when new. Natalie was so funny, and that hat too! I always studied using a mnemonic system. Made it easier.

That tip for remembering the symbol for gold that comes up right after this really works. - What do you say if a guy steals your gold watch? " A U !!"

I saw this episode as a kid, and to this day, I remember that Au is gold. Thanks, Tootie!

@ 1:25 Natalie almost breaks character, she wanted to laugh.
@GalaxyNexus13 жыл бұрын
That's nothing new for her. She was notorious for actually laughing in many of the early episodes.
@nassauguy483 жыл бұрын
@@GalaxyNexus1 Even though she was told not to do that. This could have been attributed to the fact that she had never acted prior to FOL, but on the other hand, out of the four girls, she had the best delivery.
@GalaxyNexus13 жыл бұрын
@@nassauguy48 it absolutely had to do with her inexperience. I don't agree that she had the best delivery. She actually was noticably less skilled than the others in the early episodes, but she absolutely did become great as time went on. They all were great in their respective roles.
@youarestronger2 жыл бұрын
That was her acting lol maybe not a pro but sure gave her extra charm and childish aura. Love her
@HammerOfJustice1242 жыл бұрын
@@GalaxyNexus1 you’re the type to insult someone while you embrace them aren’t you? Like one of them southern women who say things like “Awww she’s so ugly God bless her heart.” Lol

LOVE this! When Facts of Life is shown on tv now, this part is always cut out. More and more episodes of my favorite shows are being butchered so there is.more room for commercials.😖😖😖😖

I'd forgotten all about this one! It's amazing how a simple thing like a hat can be so annoying -- and so funny! Whoever came up with that idea was a genius.

I saw this episode when new.I remember Natalie's cap.I was in high school when that show started, this episode must be from 1980 or 1981.I lost interest when they had that deli and Clooney got on it.
@nassauguy485 жыл бұрын
There were SOME good episodes after Mrs. Garrett left Eastland, such as when Natalie's father died. But for the most part, you are right about the show not really being the same.
