Kuch physical therapy se sahi ho jayega jaise ki sabse easiest bta rha hoon aapko *Vrajaasan* mein baithna chahiye usse dheere dheere 1 month mein aapko kuch changes dekhne ko milega... Par *Vrajaasan* mein aapko start 5 min se krna hai subah aur shaam aur har 2 din baad ek-ek minute badhate rehna hai...
