My wife has been trying to increase her avocado intake. She has never been a fanI thought I could combine it with some strong flavors like a chimi churri. I like flat iron steaks. Plenty of flavor, nice lever of fat and easy to use. (not easy to butcher! I've tried!) Any steak will work in this recipe. as well as pork, chicken even fish.
