Good video bud. Man it’s crazy how all that worked out. I hate it so bad for both you guys are in the situation your in with your trucks. It’s my worst nightmare trying to keep trying to keep this thing going. Just blows my mind that y’all got everything you needed to tow his truck and I’m sure never dreamed you would need all of it a week later. Just glad y’all made it home. Keep us updated bud

Thanks for the video! The "go fund me" page though...? I don't understand why? Is there not enough profit in what you do to cover major breakdowns, or replacement cost once pickup is worn out? If not, why keep doing it? Businesses should all have an emergency fund for this. Plus a savings account for replacement cost of pickup and wearable items like tires. If there's not enough money to fund these accounts after paying yourself get out!

Looking forward to seeing how you connected your truck. I bought an LBZ that had some tow bar connections in place of tow hooks and it had wiring to run the back lights from a 5 pin connector that was in the front grill. Maybe it was a two truck delivery system. It had also had a transfer tank and tool box but it didn’t have a fifth wheel or goose ball ever installed. Maybe it was used for semi deliveries? Good old truck and it had about 300,000 miles on it.

I have a 22 Silverado 2500 and I have never pulled anything around mountains . So my question is if your exhaust brake is on and your rpm’s are getting around 4000 rpm’s should you shift manually to a higher gear or will it shift hard ? I am sorry about your truck
