naw, Ai training bots are at least able to use their abilities in a semi sensible way. also i never seen an AI try to walk through walls. so they have better pathing than this guy has lol xD which is kinda sad to say.

If I remember right silver 1 is the average. That might be outdated though. In OW1 it was around mid to high gold

Plat is average in my opinion it's the middlest rank in the game

I started watching Flats and other OW streamers after I already started playing comp and I was surprised to learn there was even a bronze or silver rank because as soon as I got the first placement matches out of the way I was Gold 3 and never dipped below that. I'm probably a very average player by a truly good player's standards, so it surprises me that people are so bad at this game. I did play unranked for a couple months before jumping in to comp though, so that's likely why I avoided any bronze or silver lobbies.

​@aland7234 Everyone starts at Gold until the placement matches are out of the way that determines whether you go up or down from there. Going off that, it seems Blizzard intended for Gold to be the average, middle rank and plat would go to players a bit above average.

@@paing06the problem is that you die less to bronzes. I spent a long time in bronze in ow1. Now I’m around diamond. I played a game recently on my buddies console in bronze and realized how bad I used to be

It's a bug in OW2. A lot of heroes do this. Brig, if you drop her shield, wont swing. Mei won't alternate fire if she walls. Mercy wont fire if she Valks. If you're holding down your button and then do something else, it essentially hard locks your fire key until you completely unclick and re click. It's the dumbest thing that I feel like no one talks about.

​@GummyDinosaursify God I hate it when that happens, I'll be playing Mercy, Valk and try and get an easy kill but instead I just fly around not shooting. Or I'll switch back off of pistol and still not heal or dmg boost until I let go of my key and click it again. It's very annoying

And they won both games! But...I kind of know how. Their friends were not that terrible and when I was in gold I watched the replays and always saw how some people play very well and the others are awful...and then some played just okay for the rank. The skill gap was so big tho, on both teams. Forced 50/50? IDK. Now I'm in diamond and it got better, but sometimes I see someone and can't help but wonder how they are still in my lobby. I met the same person months ago, blacklisted, all the games with them on my team were a loss and other teammates were always flaming them (I'm not the person to blame others during the match or even say something first, I just use the blacklist when needed.)
