One, it’s nice to have reminders in case you forget about some and two, sometimes they change those ingredients as we all know from watching your channel lol. Siete has potato chips, serrano pepper with sea salt, and vinegar! Fried in avocado oil and they crunch like the kettle chips! I found them in an Amish grocery of all places in NC. My new friend. The serving size is 15 chips for 16 net carbs, zero sugar, and zero added sugar, 2g of protein. Same best-in-class ingredients, potato, avocado oil, distilled white vinegar powder, sea salt, serrano pepper powder, and citric acid.. Dipped in some humus or in some organic sour cream with dill. I own a latex, cotton, and wool family owned mattress shop in Salt Lake City and would be thrilled to give you some neat info I think your viewers would love from 20 years of experience like how the most common used flame barriers are made of rat and roach poison and how fiberglass use is even in on rise. Sadly most memory foam beds in the past that many still sleep on are full of formaldehyde. Natural is crucial in food and in our mattresses but no one thinks of the latter! At 5:00 Bobby talks about two different dessert items that he approves, but they are not healthy for most people. Due to the fact that organic cassava is fructose free, it’s an excellent option for people who are fructose intolerant. HOWEVER, the sugar profile of organic cassava is 35% glucose [GI of 100], 35% maltose [GI of 105], and 30% complex carbohydrates.*Chocolate liquor has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX of 80 which is quite high ALL Of these ingredients each have a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX which are not good for Diabetics, or the vast majority of Americans who are dealing with high glucose levels.* Tapioca starch has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX. That means it can cause a quick spike in your insulin and blood sugar, and should be eaten in moderate amounts. Some popular tapioca items, such as tapioca pudding and boba tea, are often high in added sugars as well. Tapioca's high GI of 70 and medium GL of 12.6 make it somewhat risky for people trying to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Coconut sugar's average GI rating is around 50-54, essentially the same as white table sugar. As a general rule, you can substitute coconut sugar for white sugar, but it has the same number of calories and grams of carbs so it will affect blood sugars in the same way as white table sugar can. * People with diabetes can also benefit from diets that allow up to 26% of their daily calories to come from carbs. For people who eat 2,000-2,200 calories a day, this is equivalent to 130-143 grams of carbs. HOWEVER, since carbs raise blood sugar, LESS IS BETTER… reducing them to any extent can help you manage your blood sugar levels.

I only buy bulk cheese at Costco. I shred my own. I got a Gouda on sale recently for $6.00! So good! Love Unreal bars too. I can’t find the coconut rolls at my store. 😢I only use the Kirkland grass feed butter now.

Hard cheeses can be frozen, soft cheeses really can't. I mean, you can still eat them, but the texture can get weird.

The Cometeer coffee pods are AMAZINGLY good!! Bobby, Bobby...if the strength is too high, Simply add a little more hot water and easy peasy, you can taylor the strength. Be warned, this coffee is meant to keep frozen until used. I'm so glad Costco has this and hope my location does...

Where did you get Desi's big bottle from? Is it glass? I am looking for one. Thanks Bobby. I was just at Costco a couple of days ago and missed some of these great deals. Darn it. Costco is an hour away from me. ugh.

Thanks for the olive oil tips! I have always felt unsure about the one at Costco. I would love if you could get to the bottom of the Costco raw local honey...if it’s real or cut with something toxic.

Hi Bobby..I bought the Avocado Mayo and liked it..when I went to use it again a few days later, I took it out of the fridge and all the mayo was discolored..I was afraid to use it thinking it might have gone bad, so I threw it in the garbage, after using it only once..I haven't bought it again..any thoughts as to why that might have happened? I am trying to make some better choices and always appreciate your tips..thank you.
