Yes agreed too expensive. I been buying some putting them in my deep freezer until I get enough for a meal at least a 2 day meal may do some sunday with some red beans and rice New Orleans style lol

Because both of those dishes are served over rice, or mashed potatoes for the oxtail! Shiiiii I want to know like frfr no clowning!

@@pirate55hitinc.26 I from New Orleans born and raised. I'm gone break it down for you. I will be cooking a pot of red beans, and will baked my oxtails with carrots and potatoes. I will also cook a pot of rice. So my family can eat oxtails on the side of their red beans and rice or they can choose oxtails over the rice because I have carrots, potatoes, and several different bell peppers in my oxtails. With that being said I'm cooking 2 meals. Will save me from cooking everyday because I'm under the weather right now. So they looking forward to that Sunday meal. I wish I can share with you but I don't have a social media channel, plus people so negative theirs no right or wrong way to cook oxtails. I even made oxtails gumbo because my husband is severely allergic to shell fish. Girl we can do somethings with oxtails. I think I'm goning to make one more run to the store and get some more oxtails so they can have leftovers🤣🤣🤣

The BOOT part of me knows exactly what you saying about not wanting to cook the other days, and my G Momz the same way out there in tha BOOT! Being the reason I don't eat Gumbo, and haven't since a kid unless my auntie cooked it! Trust my auntie different 😆 🤣! My G Momz use to cook a lot of Gumbo for the whole week, and lord don't let no 1 die! Because it use to look like we having Gumbo for a mouth because she would cook for the morning families! 🤣 🤣 when I got offline I though about it, and said maybe she going to put the oxtail in the oven by themselves! So I'm thankful for the breakdown! Have a blessed 1 today!
