This recipe is very simple yet full of nutrients.. ingredients: Bok Choy, Cremini Mushrooms, 3 beaten eggs, garlic, onion, red & green jalapeños, 1 chicken bullion, salt & pepper, 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 3 tbsp water or stock (note: adjust the thickness per preference), 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce.
