You can really tell that he worked through a lot of shit while writing this book. Every interview hes done about the book he breaks down and tears up. I think hes found peace to compliment his immense professional success

This video is underrated, his answers to the questions asked go into detail on all the awesome things he's experienced and it's honest and not fake yet not cringe which is a1. Chili Peppers are timeless.

The peppers are pure chemistry. With out everyone’s past.. meeting in the future at the right time... it wouldn’t of happened. I’m so excited what John is going to put back in the test tube and shake. P.s being the lakers fans I know they are.. I predict a love song for Kobe that will make us all come together, in a way only they can. Music/Love/reuniting/loss/time etc. They all care and are too talented for it not to work and make sense. RHCP ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am so proud of you! !!!!! You are truly honest, transparent, and are going to give people The ability to be comfortable With themselves despite the Pain and move to a place where it is ok to be vulnerable. I cried during the interview when your revealed that Melody said: How are you alive? You were made for such a time as this! All the pain you went through happened not to make you bitter, but to make you better! You, are alive, you are honest, you have a truly blessed and fantastic family! You know have the insight to know it’s ok to be you!!!!! You are a wonderful person, husband, father, and now you are blessing so many children at Silver Lake where so many children lives are going to be a changed for the better for the rest of their lives!!!!!! Also, watched your cooking segment yesterday. Loved it! Going to make the blackmbeans. Maybe. In the future both you and your wife will also write a cookbook together too in the future!!!! You, have blessed so many people now everything lovely and beautiful will now be returning to you! You are truly a beautiful individual who can help change the world 🌍 with real love, sincerity, snd ❤️ love! You are the conduit used by love to help hurting people not return hate with hate, but to show love and be and continue to the love you need to see in this world become a reality for others!!!!!!!!Have the most blessed day in your life! You truly deserve everything in life that is truly beautiful!❤️🙏love to you Melody, and your entire family❤️love ya❤️🙏Kathie

Not afraid to walk into a serious interview where he’s trying to convince people to buy, read and understand his work, with leopard print hair. Flea never fails to be himself and that’s what makes him one of the truest and greatest artists of all time.

Reading this now half a year since the book was gifted to me, it's pretty good. As a huge fan of their albums through the first half of their career and knowing they dedicated BSSM to Mike Watt, I'm a bit surprised he didn't list any Minutemen or fIREHOSE albums on his albums he listens to a lot

I love the cover photo on the book. Little flea looks like a cherub 🥰 its nice to hear he took this project so seriously. A lot of celebrities who have biographical books leave it all up to ghost writer they hire. Not that there is anything wrong with having a little help but it's just nice to know he did it himself 👏👍
