Oh, Diane. Those glasses reminded me of long forgotten memories of getting glasses with peanut butter in them. I am fairly certain that small Anchor Hocking glasses were also packed inside Quaker oatmeal. I can't imagine having glass packed inside with cereal but...😮 What a great haul today. I love that book of statement of account. That has to be pretty old. Your funds are always so unique. Those old pictures 😍

I love the Century theater book.!! I've been wishing I could visit your flea market since it has such cool stuff. But sadly, last month my MIL passed away. As the one with the most free time, I've been sorting and cleaning her house. She was a widow living in her late husband's childhood home, which is stuffed full of stuff. So, as a beginning junk journal stash, I've brought home the following : box of quality paper (think resumes), assorted themed printer paper, envelopes, old postage, boxes and boxes of old empty envelopes, (the dad collected stamps so) the most interesting were the envelopes from various government departments, including some which no longer exist, old notepads, old pads of various office papers ( receipts, petty cash vouchers, gift certificates, rolls of tickets, etc) old textbooks ( math, science, and foreign languages ). Some really cool tins and boxes including old cigar boxes and Lucky Strike tins. My favorite though was the paperwork about the sale of some land because my Dad (passed in '07) handled it for her, so here were papers with his letterhead and his signature. My least favorite was the plastic bin with mummified bat. Thankfully my nephew was there that day. Maybe I should open an Etsy store? Bonus, my stuff is free, just labor.

Simply marvelous! the cut out ladies reminded me of my grandma. She would do that. My sister has memories of cutting out “food” that grandma then used to “wallpaper” her kitchen! That story is from mid 1950’s. I always say I come from a long line of junk journalers! Loved all of your goodies.

I make pudding from scratch on the stove for my husband. He won’t eat store bought or instant pudding anymore. I spoiled him 😂. You always do great at the flea market. My flea market seems to have either new clothes or car parts

I love the box of photos. That’s the best way to buy old photos in a batch like that I think. I love the rusty little box too. I definitely would have picked that up and found a use for it!

I really like the Mary Poppins and Small World books; I have the Small World one without the record. I just found a new Little Golden Book of the Small World ride, so I think I’m going to make a journal from it. My family, and especially my mom, loved that ride at Disneyland.
