In this episode, come with me shopping at the Armada Flea Market and a few great thrift stores for thrifted finds! I decided to go to the Flea Market on Sunday but had woke up a little late. Despite finding some stuff...I just felt like all the good stuff had been bought up! I went to a garage sale but that also wasn't much to write home about, either! So, I decided that we needed to hit the thrift stores, especially after having a big online sale and a big event coming up! I think it's safe to say we hit the jackpot, though and we even found a NEW thrift store with a cause! Well, if you're ready for this week's episode then let's dive in!

I just had to tell you and ask that You thank your sister for showing how incredible Norwex window cloths work. I've been thinking about buying some on Amazon but given the cost have been dragging my feet. Well now I know God was working to bless me so I'm glad I didn't. In Good Will last Saturday evening and there were 3 what looked initially like dish cloths. To my delight they were Norwex window clothes - all 3 for just 75 cents!!! So I'm thanking you and your sister for turning me on to them and thanking God for the incredible price!! Blessings!!!

Kelly you can use foaming shaving cream (think cheap shaving cream) to clean stained fabrics such as pillows. Use two microfiber cloths one damp and one dry test the fabric in an inconspicuous place to see if it will change the color once you apply the shaving cream it shouldn’t harm the fabric. Spray the shaving cream directly on the stain let it set for a few minutes then using the damp cloth start rubbing the shaving cream into the fabric rinse out the damp cloth and then start rinsing out the shaving cream from the fabric with the damp cloth then use the dry cloth to blot up the water then let it finish by air drying. I’ve not been disappointed cleaning with foaming shaving cream I get the cheap shaving cream from Walmart for .98 cents and it smells great

I used to live in Waco, Texas and would drive by Magnolia Table restaurant all the time...Never ate there though...when they first opened you needed a reservation just to get in and thenlater on, you had to get there super early because there were long waiting lines...I also drove by the place where they had their woodshop...forget the guys name now as I don't watch the show anymore and I haven't lived in Waco for awhile but there was a small tour bus for all the famous sites of Waco and they would bring tourists to that shop so they could get out and look at it...not sure if it is still there or not anymore...plus, I have been to the Silos but never had the urge to go in...cool to look at but once again, just a tourist trap...lol. .very expensive...it doesn't cost to get in there but everything that is there for purchase is expensive

We actually went there for the flea market in Round Top, Texas and not knowing when we'd be back....we had to stop there in Waco! The food really was good at Magnolia Table but I can see how it would be just extremely packed with long lines!!! We had to visit there for the experience because like I said...who knew when we'd ever get back there again and I'm glad we did because I don't know if my mom could do it now! It was a nice trip but I totally get what you're saying!

Scooters are great. That's how I have to shop with my arthritic knees. In Canton TX they rent out tricked out scooters that are so fun. They make collapsible portable ones that fit into car trunks easily. Easy Rider!

I was just at the Utica Salvation Army and 99 percent of the things you said were overpriced are still there. They are really pricing them a bit high. There were 2 white bowls and a beautiful white pitcher and all were priced 25-29 each. Way way too high in my honest opinion. Loved everything you got! Thanks for sharing! Kelly, don't be "sheepish" about picking-up nutcrackers! (see what I did there?) I've sold a few of the really nice ones from Germany on eBay for over $150 Each. Gah! I was in Clarkston yesterday as my husband had carpal tunnel surgery. His surgery was delayed 2 hours and I could have been thrifting! Maybe next time!

LOL HEE HEE Yea, as I was taping I noticed it and in my head I was like, "What's that..... a little booger?!?!" 🤣 I didn't care! This thing was brand new with tags! your sheepherder looks like it cold be a Steinbach smoker. if you don't know they come apart at the waist and you put an incense cone in them...the smoke comes through their pipe!

A local grocery store (kwolaskis) by me sells milk in the glass milk bottle you just bought. Also I would totally bought the swan planter and depending on the size yes you could double your money swans are really popular.

The glass milk bottle you bought isnt necessarily old. I bought one w milk in it at a specialty shop that sold bread and milk in the 90's.

Love your videos! I’d suggest double checking if you camera lens is clean before filming anytime! Many shots are glarey w the whites because of a smeared camera lens.

How far west do you come? I live in Grand Rapids, actually Kentwood. I work for the best thrift store!! 100% of proceeds from our sales goes to Patient Assistance fund at Pine Rest Christian Mental Hospitals. I struggle w depression. I can truthfully say. They do heal, grace of God. Kelly if you want to venture over bring your crew and the gal that won the shop along, her yellow hat too!! I laughed so hard. We have alot of thrift stores! Goodwill aren't as good as thrift stores.

Yes, I most certainly did!!! They were in pristine condition, too....as if I had went to the bookstore and bought them brand new! OH and you have to make the chicken salad out of there.....the one with grapes! My mom makes it with a rotisserie chicken from Kroger and everyone says it's the BEST chicken salad that they ever had!
