I cannot believe that anyone would talk trash about this lady. Her mom, Bonnie Bramlett, is an old blues hippie singer that I rocked with back in the 60's. This young lady comes from music royalty, I think her voice is incredible. I also enjoyed the original Fleetwood Mac, and the lineup with Nicks, Buckingham, and McVie. This lineup with DAVE MASON frm TRAFFIC is a dynamic group!

garydreamweaver I'm a huge Bekka fan, but this ain't Fleetwood Mac. No Stevie or Lindsey, no FM. I'm also a huge Delaney and Bonnie fan and Bonnie was not a Blues singer, she was a rock singer as well as some soul.

Gary dreamweaver, FYI, the 'original' Fleetwood Mac was formed in 1967, in ENGLAND, by Peter Green and Mick Fleetwood, who added John McView and his wife Chrisine, later, while still in England. Fleetwood and the McVies came to California, and 'hired' Nicks & Buckingham, in 1974. Peter Green formed the band, after he and Fleetwood left John Mayall's Bluesbreakers

I saw this tour. I remember looking around at the audience during the vest and crotch solo to see if people were enjoying it and everyone was swiveling their heads around wondering the same thing. I knew Mick was loony going in, but I was not prepared. Great memories!

Who the hell thought Fleetwood Mac touring without Lindsey, Stevie, and Christine was ever going to be a good idea!?
@brandonh52016 жыл бұрын
Ben Menghini ah who cares about Lindsey, Peter green is who was the best lead singer. But these guys don't do to bad, but now it sounds more county then rock....:/ and Fleetwood Mac started off a blues band in the 60s then switched to rock.

thanks so much! saw this tour and Bekka and Billy ruled the stage!

@ Skyroe2. The audience you are talking about were stupid enough to BUY REO without Gary Richrath yet they left because they did not accept the "non-celebrity" version of this band in front of them. Obviously the "music" itself was NOT a priority. Best lineup they had since the early 70's. They need to bring this back. When you look at Stevie's horrible singing now and then watch Bekka's recent performance with John Oats there is NO comparison. Dave Mason AND Bekka Bramlett are both legends. Billy Burnet has a lot going for him as well and kudos to mick for this bizarre performance. The band belongs to him NOT Buckingham/Nicks who both NOW cannot perform at all.
@utbabee7 жыл бұрын
deathmetaldouglas69 Nope. Burnett, Dave Mason and Bekka aren't Fleetwood Mac. I love Bekka, a fantastic singer but they are doing Stevie and Lindsey songs - so it's horrible. No matter how good Bekka is, she ain't Stevie.
@utbabee7 жыл бұрын
deathmetaldouglas69 You say Lindsey "can't perform" you must be deaf. He still kicks ass. This was 1995 and both he and Stevie could both sounded good. If you don't think so, I'd suggest you check out the #1 Dance album/DVD from 1997.

What year was this concert? Who are these people besides Mick and John? This is an Era of Fleetwood Mac I didn't know about. Please bring back Stevie and Lindsay. Too bad Christine can't rejoin 😢.

Donald Seidel wrong wrong wrong they need Peter green back, he was the best lead they had.....definitely did the chain the best and his hit song oh well? Genius! And let's not forget oh dian now that was a Fleetwood Grammy award song. Beckingham couldn't touch him.

Some of the comments here are at a bit 'funny'. "World Turning" has always included a drum solo live. And Mick Fleetwood - like Ginger Baker - has actually travelled and studied rhythms in Africa...

Sad. Mick is desperately trying to save this show, but it was over the second this horrid version stepped out. That noise he's making with that vest makes you want a trapdoor to open under him and flush him out with the rest of the garbage. God awful Mick, just God awful!
@brandonh52016 жыл бұрын
redletter2008 mcfleetwood has been doing that vest routine since the 60s it's a African cultured thing I believe, none the less that and the wood nuts swinging from him is what made that song popular lol

Still better then goofy beckingham, Billy Barnett should have stayed with them after beckingham left. He's almost as good as letter green. And when nicks came back theu should have used bramlet as a backup singer.
