People don't forget that John McVie's bass playing is the foundation Fleetwood Mac is built upon. He's a fantastic bass player.

The penguin mascot is because John McVie used to work in zoology . The word Mac is McVie shortened . In retrospect, John McVie is given recognition .

@@user-ur3cg1wq4bThis doesn’t have anything to do with the original comment. John Mcvie was an original member of the band along with Mick Fleetwood- creating the name Fleetwood Mac. This doesn’t mean that he is given the recognition he deserves. Most people don’t know where the band name comes from

Christine rocking out to the accordion, Mick's sinister facial expressions, Stevie's strange bird call(?) at 3:32, Lindsey and Christine's "Tusk" at 3:41, my God, they are all so high. Even so, I love them all to death, and I absolutely love this performance.

I love how Stevie did that! Pretty sure she did some kind of inhaling vocal screech. I can’t explain it well but people who are actual vocalists might know what I mean. Roger Waters does it on “Careful With That Axe Eugene”

The song TUSK has been in my life since a small child when my parents would play it over and over. What is the best version of Tusk out there? MilesHighChris plays Tusk a lot. Fleetwood Mac is in rotation quite a bit. I once saw a punk rock show at The Climax Lounge in Denver with Fleetwood Mac being mixed in. MilesHighChris took a lot of crap that day and went fishing in the cold with this unique experience in mind at Cherry Creek State Park in Aurora CO. I wish i could remember the bands names that played live. I just remember them wanting to throw stuff at me but this a breakthrough social moment for me in my short started career. Thank you Fleetwood Mac and thank you to the local Denver Punk scene!

Odd that Mick Fleetwood's stage face looks like a deranged madman when in-truth I've heard he's one of the nicest, most generous and most gracious superstars around. He really does run the band and that's why they have had the longevity they have. He's a damned good manager and most bands that try to self manage fail at it.

I know Stevie openly, and Lindsay secretly love Led Zep, and there's a few songs that have been influenced by Zep, Tusk is one of them, it is clearly a very close relative of "Trampled Underfoot". Buckingham made YOUR version of Mac. Granted, they were more commercially successful with this line-up, but they had some supreme songs with Peter Green, and a few songs that Bob Welch wrote, yet were not singles, did extremely well as solo singles. Each of the three bands were different, based upon the guitarist.
