To be honest, strangers don't really care much as those who really practice these sports. Showing off shouldn't be a motivation for doing Calisthenics.

Very true, once you've been training a year or two this becomes completely clear. Sometimes people see the camera as well which attracts their attention to see what the big deal is.

I think the same as Frank Li, doing Calisthenics by showing off as a reason, eventually you only will get motivation if people see you and training at home will be less motivating and boring over the time. And believe me, people doesn't care, won't give you a medal either recognition for it. Do it mostly because you love the movement, body control and the aesthetic benefits if you want. Fricking channel, is taking Calisthenics to another side.

I once did an elbow planche in front of people and they were all amazed. These other see these Calisthenics skills as magic. Sometimes back basketballers were doing pull ups and I did a muscle up. They were all amzaed

Women stares can't drive someone to start doing callisthenics alone, these videos are essentially used as motivation and no more. if u start doing something that u don't like just so others would witness your progression, then at some point you'll just cease from doing it anyways. AND yet we cannot ignore the fact that women's presence drives you to go for a nother set, another rep, another exercise. it's just fact.. and we can either embrace it or bitch about it.

Showing off your Cali moves in the gym and recording it is so vain. That’s why you never see gymnasts do that. They are very humble about their strength in public. Cali dudes well that’s another story.
