This week i'll be showing and explaining to you the difference between Flexion and Bending as they quite often get confused!
This week's episode is a special one as it's the first video which incorporates Go Pro footage so that you can learn and see from the riders perspective. I'll admit that I didn't quite have the correct angle on the Go Pro (ideally I wanted to see more ears and the head), but it's all a learning curve and I know for next time to adjust it slightly.
