When my buddy Jackson invited me to come out and wheel with him on some private property in Alabama I was stoked!
You guys might remember Jackson from Reign of Rocks in Tennessee: • Reign of Rocks - Rock ...
This place was incredible! Water everywhere and countless slick waterfalls obstacles!
The first one was just a ton of fun, super slick but doable with enough momentum.
On the second obstacle "rock garden" things already got a little bit more scary, one wrong move and it will push you over onto your side. No bueno. This one almost got me!
Now we all have seen what the 3rd waterfall obstacle did to me.
Rock Crawling on obstacles that slick and especially with big undercuts are what we call "make it or break it" - they take a lot of commitment and fast reaction time.
Unfortunately for me - I didn't have it and didn't grab reverse fast enough.

Great video as usual..you knew that big girl was gonna be on her roof eventually.. and it was painful to watch. The Jeepster is such a cool rig to see on the trails and it’s also a little risky as you can’t just go to the bone yard for those hard to find parts.

Yeah that’s the problem with this rig. Parts are hard to find and every body panel is 100% hand made.

It truly sucks they had to shut that park down. Great o see people are still being invited to ride there though. You should check out Iron Gap which is on the way back to TN form there. Its in Winchester.

Glad you’re all good, metal can be repaired people not so much but I definitely see a more lcg build in your future. Love the content and the constant push to get better what you do your an inspiration. FYI I wheel with buggies bouncers and full body rigs that are way more capable then my JKUR but I learn new shit every time I go out with them

Usually when I have a bad feeling about things I back off and stay away. I can see why you’d tackle it though. Your rig is absolutely more than capable. I’m not usually a fan of those types of obstacles where you just have to throttle out.

Yeah but then again- how many times have you been in front of an obstacle and you thought “no way” and you walked right up it? It’s all about the challenge for me. The adrenaline when something is on the line is addictive 😅

Using OEM Toyota driveshaft bolts is imperative… anything with a slightly different diameter or “collar” will fall out.
