I used to hate Phil’s training, but as I’m getting older, I noticed how effective and safe his routine is.

Respect that Phil doesn't wear any weird body building shoes, does high reps with short ROM(constant tension on the muscle not the joints),won 8 Olympias and have internet trolls critique his training style. Amazing🤣😂👌

This is exactly kzfaq.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

@@advocate_of_HAKAI you need to do half reps if you want to stay long in this biz... it's simply not worth it to do full reps, especially at the end of the move where you basically scratch your joints under heavy weight while your muscle barely moves.
