If anybody's interested I just looked up what their first lines actually are of The Six Thatchers, and I see why Amanda couldn't say hers because her first line is in 221B where she says "So, what about Moriarty, then?" Mycroft's line couldn't be said either because it was the first line of the episode: "What you’re about to see is classified beyond top secret." Sherlock's first line, however, is his answer to Mycroft's "Are you TWEETING?!" where he just says "No..." and looks very guilty.

you can clearly hear that Amanda says her first line in episode 1 is "Lady Smallwood"... we knew that character appeared from the trailer, but not that specific moment with Amanda.

***** Can't be. Sherrinford, according to the Baring-Gould tradition, is the eldest. Tom Hiddleston is younger than both Benedict and Mark, and it really wouldn't be appropriate.

Thanks for uploading :) I would have LOVED to see my man Martin Freeman there ! And I just gotta say, damn, Ben is so incredibly lovable, such a sweet sweet guy. I wasn't a fan of him before watching Sherlock but his interviews always show that lovely polite personality I wish there were more people like him, seriously. Oh, and Amanda is precious, too.

+ellie jane And that's great you don't let it stop you. But just know you're making the people you admire on stage uncomfortable in front of thousands of people. They should give people some sort of intelligence test before they let people ask questions.

brassholio that's funny. they're obviously not uncomfortable, and if they were, it would be far easier to read their body language. you'd be one of those people who would call out someone's stuttering and make fun of them for it. and i'm not going to inform you of my iq, but i can assure you it's not low at all.

+ellie jane I'm not saying you have a low IQ, it just seems many of the fans asking questions do. They do sometimes looks uncomfortable here but I'm talking generally when I watch panels and go to conventions. I don't have a problem with those with disabilities. I have a problem with paying money to go to a con to have some fat virgin stand up and ask if the writers are going to slash two characters together so they can write fanfic and fist themselves to it.

Not quite true, Sherlock isn't a sociopath, not even a so called "high functioning sociopath", which not really exist in reality. Benedict said in an early interview from 2011, that he think Sherlock is rather slightly autistic. John and Sherlock are just best friends. Of course. 😅

I am just wondering,when Irene said she was "gay".Can that mean she might be Bisexual,does that count as gay?Also,I am thinking of a possible season 5 story.What if they bring John's siblings into the picture?And Mycroft might have some sort of "spy" or "traitor" trying to murder him,I don't exactly know what job Mycroft has.Like,an assistant that never got noticed,that no one takes seriously.And they might have an obsession with Sherlock.And is trying to follow in Moriarty's footsteps.And no one suspected it.Because I imagine Moriarty having an influence on people,making bad people come to light to finish what he started? It's just an thought.

No one seems to understand that the Sherlock stories will be more interesting when played by the same actors but older. Without the distractions of youth and beauty we can get deeper into the dynamics of the characters and how they interact and why. What I resent the most is that Mycroft, Sherlock and Jim as all geniuses and yet we see little evidence of that. I am so tired of "I'm not gay" jokes and want to get to the meat of the relationships. You can't hate someone without loving them first. It's the sense of emotional betrayal that keeps the passion going. Otherwise you would not care and simply toss it out of your life like last weeks rubbish.

(talking about the waterfall set) Benedict: "It was great and the post production was...the sort of scale of it was..." Mark: "Emmy nominated I believe!" Benedict: "I think it was." Mark interrupts Benedict so I couldn't quite catch if he said anything more about the waterfall scene but that's the gist of what they said. :)
