As A Tanzanian🇹🇿 born and raised, this is so satisfying to Watch😇 I have climbed the mountain two times, and my mother was born in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania, all i can tell those who havent seen the mountain, SHOULD TRY TO SEE OR CLIMB IT (its a great experience to be on the top most spot of the whole Africa) Blessed😇

Ethiopian Airlines has the best trained pilot in Africa, they have flight university and best new planes in their fleet like A350 and Dreamliner and airline has a good Safety record too. Safe flying

Kilimandjaro as a symbol of the whole Africa, and not representing Tanzania only, like Copacabana beach, in Rio de Janeiro belongs to the Mother Earth (boundairies were created by men). This typical journey took me back 15 years on my first journey on board an airplane bound to Dare Salam a magnificent city in the shores of the Indian ocean. That was a very memorable moment and the pilot says on the radio "Kilimanjaro is on your right" and every one bring out their camera. That scene when the passengers look out of the window on this video was the exact replica on my flight. Finally when we touch down every body claps for making the flight a sucssess. I don't often see that this days. I am proud of Ethiopian airlines progress and it reminds me of at list we have one well managed organization.

Sehr schöner Flug rund um den Kilimanjaro. Man sieht den Kibo, den Mawenzi und auch das Shira Plateau sehr gut. Der Weg zum höchsten Punkt ist auch breit ausgetreten gut zu sehen. Ich war 2004 auf dem Kibo. Anstrengend aber alpinistisch einfach zu erwandern. Man braucht einfach Zeit beim Aufstieg um sich zu akklimatisieren. Erschreckend allerdings der sehr starke Rückgang der Gipfelgletscher. Auch der Kili bekommt die volle Wucht der Klimaerwärmung zu spüren. Die restlichen Eisflächen werden leider bald verschwinden und somit auch der magische Anblick von der Savanne.
