+Maxim Grishkin That is a normal problem to have when learning offstring style play. One thing that may help is to try to bring the yoyo up when it is still spinning quickly. The other thing is to try to make sure there is no slack in the string when you do your binds.

i have been throwing around the idea of getting a 4A yoyo for a while. And after watching this I purchased a Flight. already on the way and looking forward to it. Thank you for the in depth review.

I have been playing around with the Flight again recently and it is such a great off-string yo-yo! As someone who is still trying to learn 4A I completely agree with the YYT guys that it is a fantastic yo-yo even for 4A noobs like me. My Skyhawk just can't compare. For those that are on the fence about the Flight, I highly recommend it!

+Ben Sroka If you are having a difficult time forcing it back into place you can try cutting off a tiny bit of the plastic around the edge.

+H. Parker Yes, if you lube the bearing with thick yoyo lube it should solve the problem. You might also need to change your string if it is getting old.

Bought the Flight players pack a few days ago, and I'm looking forward to learn a lot of tricks! I own a diabolo and I've gotten good at that. But now that I've found a way to do virtually all of the tricks I already know and then more!

I'm liking the look of this yoyo, so I might get one in blue to match my Skyhawk. Also, speaking of the Skyhawk, I'm having trouble getting open string binds to work. I'm using it as set up right out of the pack and YYE expert poly (in orange because blue and orange look awesome together). Is my gap too wide or my string too thin?

We show how to remove the spacer in this video, but if that is not working you can use a tiny screw driver to gently pry the spacer off in the same way as we show in the video. It may damage the spacer slightly, but it should not affect play.

i have a velocity yo-yo and when i throw it it sleeps crooked. Another thing is could you replace the dials for it cause my dials broke. please help?

I just got it and I really like this yoyo. Except for one MAJOR thing. I CAN'T take off one the spacers. It's really getting on my nerves and I don't know what to do. I can't find anything any where that can solve my problem. What should I do?

I just bought a sage yoyo from your website. Sometimes when I throw it down it doesn't come back up when i tug it back up. The yoyo is straight and is spinning fast enough. Could it be that I just need to live the bearing with thick lube? Thanks.

would love to learn some off string yoyo tricks but my brain cant handle that level of frustration. Im at the edge of responsive play and try unresponsive for a day or so but keep changing that bearing back. I think off string might just make me wind up in the loony bin.

Hi, I'm trying to learn some offstring tricks, but my yo-yo often stucks when I throw it after wind or bind. Is it possible that something wrong with yo-yo or is it just me?

I just got a flight pack with the included blue spacers and I wanted to put them in to see how they went but the original spacers are stuck in the sides and I want to get them out but I don't know how poles help

I just got a glow yellow edge flight! By the way you didn't talk about how well the flight can finger spin. Not a thumb grind when yhe yoyo is tilted but on your index finger when the yoyo is fully horizontal.

So, I know that normal kitty string works well with the flight right out of the box. My getting some of the blue spacers coming this week and want to know if that will still work well or will need after string because I know that the speakers will open up the yoyo and make it less grabby.

I accidently put the spacer in the wrong direction on the yoyo and now it's stuck on the flight, how to get it out?

You won't believe what happened to my bearing! Mine was getting kind of loud. (I know what I'm doing to an extant) I can never get the shield out. I stab the shield and it comes out. (Only have one side of the spacer off.) and I finally take the bearing off. (Also have spare bearings.) I realised it looked like a spacer meant for it (not the size of the hole) It was so tight, it literally pulled the bearing apart. I just realised its not exclusive. lol

If I started playing 1A with the yoyo and loosing up the yoyo to give it a wider gap would that damage the yoyo

I've played with both the flight and the skyhawk and I like the skyhawk better because the gap is biger than the flight and you don't need spacers like the flight

+yotricks my flight yoyo bearing suddenly stopped spinning much and I don't know why, I only got a few days ago and I have checked the spacers but it still feels a little rusty like I need to force it to spin.

Hey yotricks, i got a Flight yoyo and when i was playing with it i noticed it stopped spinning, there was a hair stuck in the bearing, i think i took the hair out and lubed the bearing but then i damaged the spacers so i bought blue spacers, my spacers havnt came yet they are in the process of getting here, will my Flight spin the same

Man, Ya'll at yotricks are awesome. I found an old yomega xbrain in my old room from when I was a kid, and I'm kind of going on a yoyo rampage trying to get really into it. I love having comprehensive videos for tricks, and reviews of yoyos. I just bought a Horizon after watching the 2015 buyers guide. I'd really love if ya'll would do more review videos. I was a complete noob when it comes to what's actually good. From the research I've done it was incredibly difficult to figure out the differences in string thickness and the differences between bearings. I wish there was more information available on things like that, other than trying to figure stuff out watching a 12 year old talk about it. Really, I appreciate having a reliable source to learn things from.

it felt more appropriate to ask a yoyo question on an actual yoyo video versus a kendama one. have anyone at yotricks used the grind machine? i ordered one a few days ago and i was wondering about your consensus. i can bind and stuff, so for that i should be fine.

hey adam, got the flight and its great but as i was starting it fell and it scratched, the scratch resulted in a little of the plastic actually peeling off the yoyo, you think itll still play decent ?

When I wind the yoyo up then throw it, it flies off the string like its supposed to then I catch it then bind it. Once I throw it again it stays on the string and comes back down to slam into my hand. am I binding it wrong or am I not throwing the yoyo hard enough? when I throw it after just winding it up it works fine.

can you put different bearings like 10 ball or a grooved bearing if so will it make it better

i just bought the flish and my axle wont screw in anymore is it replaceable

I got a flight, played with it a little. After about 1 week and a half I have seen some cracking near the nut that the axle screws into. But I play over carpet! The durability isn't that great.

my flight came today and i finally got the spacers out, i had to use 2 pairs of pliers. i put the blue ones in again and i can't get those out easily either. ill need to lube it edventually and i feel like I'm breaking the bearings and the spacers as i grind and pry them apart. so far I'm incredibly disappointed with this product.
