What’s up Phillip ✌️ Man I really liked the tiled backsplash and shower, the wall knockdown leading to the kitchen and those brushed gold accents throughout the property, this makes me weary of getting carried away with wanting to make a reno match my standards and spending a lot on the rehab (I havnt seen alot of nice renos like this… people seem to usually just put the cheapest stuff in which doesn’t resonate with me) 😂 The transparency of the numbers and out of state GC issues was also valuable to me being newer to REI… One question… if you could do this one over again and could only change one variable would you… A. Simply hire an in-state GC or B. Select a different exit strategy as opposed to fix n flip I’m curious although I feel like a local GC might be the answer Thanks for taking the time to share this 🐺
