Amazing, very detailed video. I love all the breakdown and your thought process throughout the entire video. One thing that I thought was missing was the furnishing and design cost and budget which could be another $10-$20K depending on how nice you wanted to furnish it. I would love to see an updated video once everything is finished and the numbers on the refinance and then another video in terms of what it's like 1 year into it. Great job 👏

Also, I know you’ve probably got a crew on speed dial but just in case as a backup keep in mind I own a local pressure washing company The Pristine Pros here in RVA so Id love to help out if you need we do soft roof washing thats usually a fraction of the roof replacement cost (so long as it’s structurally sound of course) that process removes moss, lichen and/or black streaks on the roof).. obviously house washing, concrete walkways, driveway and gutter cleaning too… Just let me know im sure we be JVing soon too Im looking forward to the after video 🫡
