So I get the point of this video on navigating control with a difficult seller. What I’m more interested in is what’s the structure of the deal and the end result? How are you benefitting from paying $170k which clears everything including a $10k to her? Are you going to turn around and flip this house to make a profit? Buy and hold? Wholesale it? What’s the plan? How did you determine that when putting the deal together? How did you identify the benefits of both parties in this deal?

That's not preforeclosure. That's FORECLOSURE. PRE is before a LP is fckin filed 🤦‍♂️

And the arrears are irrelevant 5 days before the sale lol. There's an FJ. That's all that matters with respect to the plaintiff/mortgagee. 🙅‍♂️

Next comment lol. If there's lots of equity, the plaintiff won't win the bid at auction unless he comes out of pocket. (Which they rarely, if ever, do) That's going to a third party bidder all the way. So he's not getting it, especially if it goes to sale. He should have taken a DIL. What a shit show lol

An 11 for a condo? She CAN'T sell this without BK court approval if it's the same company that owns this Broward condo. It would be subject to the stay. Lol this whole thing is 😂
