Wow, I must say these are the best scripts ever! Thank you so much. I was about to give up completely and then I ran into this channel. I wasn’t looking for it, it just showed up on my home page. I have a speech issue and often forget my words so it is hard to speak when I’m nervous. But these scripts are so simple and “common sensy” that they come natural. They’re really easy to remember. Its awesome that you're buying in Michigan. I started this business like a week ago and I've got 3 possibly vacant properties I'm driving out to today in Plymouth, Belleville and Romulus. Theres 1 in Birmingham but I'm not sure my buyers would pay the price for it, comps sold for around 550k so its definitely of interest to me, but I'd only be able to pay at most 315k. Watching this definitely got me primed for making calls as I have not got a property under contract yet. Close, but not yet lol Thanks Jerry!!

So when I make a deal with a listing agent involved. Do I send the agreement to her and she will give it to the seller to sign and she will then return the contract back to me to assign it? I also would like to know when I assign it does the listing agent take both contracts to the title company or do I have to. Just trying to complete my first deal and I’m confused.

Are these all leads that have already been verified by an assistant or someone else? I'd like to see a video on the initial cold call of finding the motivated seller. I call a lot of absentee owners, most don't want to sell. I'd like to see how you handle the initial rejections. I've gone by the motto that I can't make someone want to sell their house so when they say they aren't interested in selling, I usually stop there. Do you push past that and keep trying to get them to sell?

I guarantee he doesn’t. At least after he sincerely thinks the owner doesn’t want to sell. Your approach is the right way to do it. If your not having success then I would guess it’s because your not calling enough. I mean your right. These calls aren’t the normal experience but he earned his strips. Im sure he had the 200 300 dial days. Are you still wholesaling?
