*Please note: the transparency file used in this tutorial was used with a Laser Printer. It has not been tested with an inkjet printer and may not be compatible. Please make sure you purchase a transparency film compatible with the type of printer you will be using.

Hi Lou Lou. I have 2 laser printers. One really old HP and the 2nd one is a Canon Image class Laser printer. However I was told that my Canon likely cannot accept the transparency film as it gets so hot and would melt the film..however you are mentioned you use a different setting because of that? Can you explain? Also I have a Cricut, can you explain an easier way to do this design/ While you were as succinct as possible, there were so many steps and prompts to choose. It sounds easy for a true professional and someone who is much more Computer literate than I am. thanks so much!!

I just purchased a Canon Image Class but haven't used it for transparency film yet. I was told the Brother printers run hotter (which is what I have). I will try my settings and see how it prints

I bought the printable acetate, but cant figure out which side is the top. ( opened it up and didnt pay attention to the way i took them out to put them in a holder, and now even though every one says feel for the rough side, it doesnt help me. No mater which way i put it in, my ink is wet. Any suggestions? Ive done this type of ornament before, but i love your graphic, and the half coverage of glitter.! Thank you for sharing!🤗🤗🤗

If the ink is wet are you sure you have the transparency film meant for inkjet printers? They sell them for inkjet and laser. The ones I use are for laser and it doesn't have an "up" side. I can print on either. I'm sorry if I can't be more helpful:(

@@LovelyLouLouDesigns thats good info. It does say ink jet and laser. My inkjet is the really good color so i wanted to use it.
