Hate to say it, but Gordon saying that no actual technical advice is given out to the athletes by coaches from other gyms. And damn after having listening to what Nicky Ryan and John Danahers corner advice is like, when coaches go "don't give up, get out" it sounds so bad. This isn't a criticism, its just mind-blowing how far ahead some guys are.

Was Tye too scared to go 100 on Galvao?? I'm asking because if he was going 100% I'm flabbergasted how he called out Gordon Ryan, because Galvao had the advantage in that 3min exchange!!

its 10 minutes into a shark tank and Galvao is world class and bigger... come on. Galvao would have beat most everyone in that last ADCC not named Gordon

5mins all-out against Kade immediately followed by a 3min rd vs a fresh opponent then straight to a fresh Galvao who possibly has 30-40lbs on him... Not really sure what you were expecting with him aware of the next 8mins /2 rnds to follow. I could be mistaken but I believe the purpose of shark tanks are to practice staying composed and not putting yourself in bad position while exhausted.

I wouldn’t say more technical. Kade just has a more transitional style. It’s exciting and fun to watch but you can also tell he gasses out quicker because of it.
