I started cycling in Denver, CO. It’s a beautiful city. Then I moved to the PMW. Portland, OR. Portland is an amazing city. Some of the best riding I’ve done was in Portland! Miss the west coast.

So true. I live in Fort Myers and coming from Ontario, Canada only 2 years ago, cycling here is actually more difficult as I have to consistently maintain a wattage based on no-stop pedaling. I personally love the challenge as I cycle to ride off personal demons. lol. You're right people think the flat Florida landscape makes it easier but it is the opposite.

Second the request to learn about the riders and their bikes if they’re willing to share. Even if it’s an anonymous generic description: material of wheels, tubes/tubeless, tire choice and size, frame material, gearing. Would love to learn from what people are riding and how they got to that choice (and not really the brands they paid for).
