FLORIDA DISNEY VLOG: DRINKING AROUND THE WORLD at Epcot, Trader Joe’s, Wawa & Premium Outlets 🤩2024

FLORIDA FEBRUARY 2024 Day Twelve! We start our magical day with a vist to Wawa Gas station to try some of the coffee and food which was great value and highly recommended by our subscribers. Me and Laura then head to the Orlando Premium Outlets at Vineland to do some last bits of discount shopping at Sketchers, Columbia and Disney Character Warehouse.
From the outlets we then drive to Trader Joe's Supermarket Orlando to explore the store and see what sort of prices their products were and what range of Gluten Free, Vegan and Keto products they had. We were pleasantly surprised by the supermarket and its prices!
After a fun morning out and about we then head back to the Solterra Resort to meet up with Mum and Dad before our big evening out in Epcot. We booked a private taxi with Epic Private Hire to take us from our Villa to Epcot so that we could all enjoy a drink. The service was fantastic, being picked up in a large luxury car that even had wifi on board, free soft drinks and even Disney music on the radio!
Once we arrived at Disney's Epcot Park the fun began, going straight to Space 220 restaurant for lunch and some galactic cocktails. From there we went all around the World showcase visiting all the countries to try out an alcoholic drink or two at each country. This included cocktails, Wines, Beers in a variety of countries like Canada, USA, China, Mexico, Japan, UK, France, Italy, Morocco, and Norway! Of course, we rode a few rides too including Guardians of the Galaxy cosmic rewind and also Frozen Ever After as well as enjoying the Epcot forever fireworks!

Next time you go back, you need to try the coffee made to order using those screens. Amazing lattes, iced and frozen drinks! Its my go to in Florida, in fact the one you went to is the one we go to every morning. Bringing back some lovely memories watching you all enjoying yourselves. Been a great series!

Hi Andy and Laura, loving the vlogs as always. Our daughter got married at the bohemian hotel in celebration and we had the reception on the decking outside it next to the lake and pool! Amazing day. Used to be amazing in the 90’s when Belz top of Idrive was the place to go , Levi 501’s $15 a pair and they had seamstress’s on site to fix imperfections for you , was about £7 a pair at the time , those days of outlet bargains long gone , all last years clothes at next years prices now 😂😢

Glad you liked Trader Joe’s. Those prices seemed a lot higher than TJ’s stores in other major cities. When Laura mentioned how cheap the almonds were, that’s more in line with TJ’s general pricing, and nuts are expensive. The in-house brand is of top quality, as is their fresh food made daily. I think you would prefer that over Walmart’s or Costco’s in-house brands. That location was really quiet. They’re usually very busy. Also, to handle the crowds at the locations I’ve been to, there will be like 25 cashiers who get you in and out in minutes, with such great efficiency; the checkout line will be long, but it moves really quickly. There is a bit of a cult following of TJ’s here in the US, and for good reason. Gas prices fluctuate greatly in the US depending on the state you are in and your location. Oddly, whenever I’m in the state of Louisiana, I find that the closer you get to the New Orleans airport, gas prices drop. It’s always the reverse in every other location with a major airport, including those outside the US.

Trader Joe’s is the US equivalent to Waitrose. The quality is much better and you find a lot more organic products here.

There is a Colombia outlet at Cheshire oaks. I bought lots at the vineland shop. Especially fleeces. In 2005 when we first went at $2 to the £ we bought loads. North face were the best bargains

Sketchers cheaper in the UK we bought 2 pairs of men ( one slip on's) and 2 pairs women's ( one slip on's) £187 👍🏻 we did look at On Clouds but they were £ 91 a pair and didn't fit right for us

Cracking vlog however could you separate the shopping from the Disney parts as they are quite long. But they are very good vlogs with some very useful tips.
