I wasn't going to comment, but I just had to. OMG, this house/property is so awesome that it's damn near perfect & Paul, you do such an amazing job filming the flow. I never feel like I've missed out on any part of the house. It is quite literally a virtual walk-through, always a great one at that. From beginning to end & I do mean to the end, this entire video package is perfection. Thx a bunch for your work, Paul. Subscribed.

Dear Paul : I have mentioned this earlier but I love to repeat that your videos and the selection of properties are very relaxing. I could see a lot of cohesiveness and a rhythm in the house. For such a big house there has to be many people living or the owners hosting lots of guests. The flip side is that the pantry room is small and so also the washing machine looked smaller in size and capacity. You have a steady hand while shooting a video and I would rank as a photographer first and then a real-estate broker. Stay safe. Best wishes from Mumbai

The wire shelves are popular with the builders here for some reason. Probably because they are cheap.

@@PaulBaker007 which makes no sense on the builders part. To put in wine storage is upscale, but turning around to put in wire shelves cheapens the build. Even mobile/manufactured homes are going to wood shelving in pantries and closets. I hope they offer an upgrade.

True! I realized that after the second time watching it. Whats up with that master tub that was put right in front of the shower? And then you have to pass the bathroom to get to the closet. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was gonna make a comment that this was overrated & overpriced, however the amenities put it in the range of the price. The layout of the model I’m not impressed with, but it could work for someone else.

1 Million dollar homes should not have: 1) tiny bedroom (downstairs), 2) wire racks in closets (apartment-grade), 3) confusing layout - it should flow better than this. Just my 2 cents.

I get what you are saying. Between the window coverings, the cheap prints on the wall and the fake plants, it does cheapen the look of the house. A lot of designers tend to add too much stuff to a room. Every space does not need to be filled.
