I love that you can fence around the whole property. The city where I live only lets you fence in the back yard. It can not go past the back of your house towards the front.

That’s the base (start) price. I’m sure most of what you saw in the video were upgrades or additional options, so that specific house probably is $1-2 million.

700 is a steal for this house it’s so beautiful and spacious the closets are great and you have so many options for dinin areas I would like a formal living room as opposed to an office right at my front door though and what’s behind that metal gate downstairs does it go to a wine cellar?
