The Florida Gators captured their second straight national championship by beating Ohio State 84-75. This was the first time a program had gone back-to-back since 1992. Despite a great performance from Ohio State's Greg Oden, who had 25 points and 12 rebounds, Florida took control early in the first half and never looked back.

Yeah, this basketball team was insanely good and deep both years. The only close game they had in the tourney both years was against Georgetown.

And then our football coach retired for health reasons, and then immediately went to be the head coach at Ohio State. That was when I started to passionately hate urban Meyer.

If it wasn’t for usc losing to ucla, Florida would’ve never played Ohio state. Idc would’ve been in their 4th straight national title game

What's really weird is that the Florida Gators beat the Ohio State Buckeyes for a National Title Championship in both Football and Basketball. What's the odds of that happening? Has that ever happened before? I was living in Boca Raton Florida at the time and the Fan Base at all the Sports Bar and Grills were packed. I know because I went to all of em and I sold Roses to help pay the bills. I had 2 Nephew's helping out to make an honest Dollar. I was in a weird situation, because I'm a Buckeye Fan, but because Florida was winning, it actually helped me and my Nephews sell more Roses because of the Victory Euphoria and Excitement that naturally overcame the Gator Fan's. I've been at games when the home team loses and Rose Sales completely stopped.

Florida winning the championship in 2006 and then coming back the next year with essentially the same team was just unfair. One of the best college basketball teams of all time.

Oden was a monster. He made Noah, a future All-NBA player, look useless. Can't blame Portland for that pick. A healthy Greg Oden goes down as one of the best centers ever.

It seems before the Corona Virus these videos were on a different NCAA KZfaq channel. They pulled them and put them back up on this channel. The quality is really poor.

Almost forgot how partial these refs were. OSU shot the ball poorly while UF was hot from three and those things were the difference in the outcome.

오든이 듀란트를 2픽으로 만든 이유 2007 ncaa 결승을 보면 알수 있는데 오든과 마이크 콘리가 이끄는 osu vs 주전 전부가 nba draft 에 뽑히는 산왕인 플로리다. 승리는 플로리다가 했지만 경기 초반부터 상대방 센터들을 무자비하게 공격하고 파울하게 만들고 압도적인 실력차를 보여줌. 그 압도한 상대 2명이 그해 드래프트 3픽인 알 호포드, 9픽인 호아킴 노아 였음. 거기다 나머지 3명도 7픽에 코리 브루어, 2라운드 2명 그리고 벤치에서 나온게 모리스 스파이츠 였음. Nba caliber 선수 7명을 오든 (+콘리) 막기 경기로 만들어 버림. 이때 3점이 17% 대 56% 였는데 9 점차 경기가 나옴. 무려 오든 comparison이 최고 빌 러셀 아니면 제독 david robinson 이었음. 결과론 적으론 버스트가 되버렸지만 너무너무 부상이 아쉬웠던 케이스.
