Sunside definitely been cleaned up for at least a decade. Everyone here knows that gang violence was a huge issue in the 2000s here in Houston.

To rent homes in those areas Sunnyside and SouthBank; I’m not sure due to Covid and inflation. Everything is more costly now. I have family who live in those areas. You past some of their streets 🤣.
