I always say, 'I'm not a tutorial kinda girl, 'cause I'm always so distracted!'
So, let's just see this video as if you were hanging out with me in my Sewing Room/Studio and we're chattering away and I'll show you how I make my Thread Jewelry, OK???
I use Scrapbooking Paper in small pads to make both my thread tags and put in the Cabochons to make the Thread Drops/Charms (whatever we want to call them!)
The Paper Pack with Adhesive (The Paper Studio: Tattered and Worn) is the thickest paper I have found so far which helps keep the tags from ripping when you pull the thread off.
I use the regular paper stock of scrapbook paper for the Cabochons.
Remember to look around and use cards, magazines, stickers, you name it...if it's pretty, then find a way to pop it in that baby!
I got my Cabochons from Amazon
Try searching cabochons or pendant trays and see what you find on the internet or amazon.
the small ones I showed are all around 25mm (the tear drop is 20 x 30)
the larger oval ones are 25
the rectangles are 20 x 40

Pliers I used are Wubber brand chain nose and bent chain nose, but you can find lots of options which are less expensive and will work fine.
I use Elizabeth Ward Bead Storage Solutions, but they are overpriced right now.
I did see some at JoAnnes for a low price (around $10)
