Happy belated birthday, Gary! With much appreciation for your presentation today tying far eastern religions to hand stitching, especially since I will be visiting Sholom Park for a Japanese Tea ceremony this Friday, learning more about that culture, and, of course, visiting again their beautiful Zen Garden which as you know has the red Tori (sp) arch. Many aspects of Taoism that you mentioned were presented in the Sholom Zen Garden presentation that we attended recently. I am really looking forward to your planned presentations on religious history and would like to be kept informed as they are available. Once again, I am very grateful for the interesting Floss Tube videos you create since I also enjoy counted cross stitching and knitting. Keep them coming! 😊

Thank you for all the kind words. Enjoy Sholom Park. Maybe I’ll do a remote broadcast from there.

My DIL is Chinese and it was very interesting to hear about her religious culture that she was raised with.
