Hi Christine, cried when I heard your news, crying again while I'm typing, gonna miss you! I've watched from the beginning when you were tucked away in the backside of the garage, love the early quilting tutorials and hearing about your relationships and hearing about your family growing up. In 2021 when I had sepsis and other complications and spent the best part of the year in hospital you kept me going, kept me company. I'll never forget the time you mentioned me by name on your channel, wow, I was so chuffed (Yorkshire dialect for 'Happy'), made my day! Thank you for devoting so much time and energy to flosstube, I'm gonna miss you and the Mister. Hankies at the ready for your final episode, it's going to be a blubfest, but happy/sad tears. Christine, You will be missed on floss tube but I will see your updates on Instagram. I was all prepared to start floss tube in 2020, but I couldn't figure out how to stay motivated when so much of my time would be taken from my hobby to prep and tape for the videos as well as the maintenance of the channel. I completely understand why you would like to take your focus back to the crafting. Your flowers are beautiful and I look forward to the finish.

I go away on vacation for a week and a half and come back to find out your leaving! I completely understand, but just know I'll miss your videos immensely. You were my first flosstuber when I returned to stitching and found out flosstube existed and I've been subscribed and watching ever since. I'm grateful for the open candidness, humor, and kindness that has always come across in your videos. I'll be going back and rewatching from time to time, I'm sure. It was definitely a hard decision to come to... I gave myself an extra YEAR to be sure it was the right one. 🤣🤣 It's always a good thing when we grow enough to realize we need to make changes and create healthy boundaries for ourselves! I'll be thinking of you as you are working through yours too! There's always time for tacos and margaritas, but having MORE time is better! LOL!!

Christine, I feel your emotion. It's okay - let go. Just let it go. i will surely miss you, but do not let floss tube suck the joy out of sewing and stitching!!! It is the right decision. I am so glad you are making positive choices for yourself. I could never do videos. With my OCD I would definitely turn it into a job and suck the joy out of the hobby. I’m so sad. 😞 I hope the decision brings peace, though. There are seasons for things but it’s always bittersweet when one ends. I’m glad you’ll still be on IG, because your stitching and sewing have been such an inspiration to me. Have a wonderful holiday season. 💜🌸💜

Yes, it was definitely the right decision and I knew it the moment it was made. It will definitely be bittersweet, but I know it's the right choice. Good for you to make the decision to stop filming your FlossTube videos. If it’s robbing you of the joy of stitching and sewing, you are wise to stop.
