Hi. Do you think the Lowery accessories would fit on the ks creation frame? I live in NZ and have purchased the ks creation frame but thought maybe I could add the lowery light attachment to it? Are these frames the same dimension pokes?

I have never seen anyone cut strips from mid fabric to the edge. Using the large square ruler to do this makes so much sense. Thank you very much for showing this.

Whether you put them on comic book boards or not, they are being folded so dust and folds will be there.

As a newbie to quilting and sewing I have learned so much from you ladies. Soooooo I have decided to be VERY organised and productive and make sure by not leaving the scrap fabric around. As I have cut what I need I now have bins with sizes similar to how you showed in the video. Also this way Hubby doesn’t see a huge box growing, he will just think they are meant to be like that, also when I want to be creative everything is at the ready 😊

Thank you… no wonder my blocks and quilts are always so wonky….. I tried to make a 2” strip log cabin block for the first time. I tried so hard to cut accurate and sewed a good 1/4 in seam… it still turned out wonky! I I’ll try again

I know he is such a big supporter of yours and over the years, he’s become a big part of your channel just like Cooper and Wiskey! Hope 2024 has been good to you so far and I’m happy that I’m seeing you on IG and FB!

You're so lovely! Thank you for all you have shared over here on KZfaq. I'm very happy you are choosing to go forward in the way that is best for you and your life. I'm glad I'll still be able to keep up with your stitching, quilting, reading, calligraphy, your pups or anything you want to share over on Instagram. I know I could not enjoy my hobbies if they felt like a job to me.

Hey! Like your video. You were one of my first to watch. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Carrie about her changes on the Lady of the Flag cross stitch. I’m not getting any info. Would you be able to share her conversion with me? I don’t want to cause problems but I’d love to use that conversion. Not sure I’ll stitch her the original way. Thanks so much!

If money was no object, which would you buy? I have also heard that the K's creation has less wobble to it than the Lowery. Is that true?
@StitchALLTheThings
@StitchALLTheThings 5 ай бұрын
Hands down, I would buy the K's. I don't notice wobble issues with either, but I have always put a magnifier LED lamp on both bases when I use them. The K's base feels heavier, so I think that would likely mean less wobble.

@@StitchALLTheThings Thank for so much for responding. I just bought a used K's creation floor stand off of Ebay after watching your video and messaging you. Let's hope it is all good. It is supposed to be very lightly used and in like new condition. If it is, I got a really great deal. Fingers crossed.

So happy I found your channel! I am just finishing the blocks for month 9 and it is January 2024! I fussy cut my fabric also. I am obsessed with getting all the rainbows in the right direction too. I was very disappointed with how the quilt along worked and wished I had followed you from the beginning. I may have made more progress. Oh well… could you add this video (Month 9) to the Shine On playlist on KZfaq? A different video is listed and this one is missing. Thank you!

Some of those blocks were quite challenging for me! Thank you so much for letting me know the this wasn't in the playlist. I went to fix it and see what other video I had added and burst out laughing. I remember watching that video tutorial quite a long time ago! I had no idea I saved it to this play list. I'm sorry you had to go hunt for this video, but it has been added to the playlist!!

It was definitely a hard decision to come to... I gave myself an extra YEAR to be sure it was the right one. 🤣🤣 It's always a good thing when we grow enough to realize we need to make changes and create healthy boundaries for ourselves! I'll be thinking of you as you are working through yours too! There's always time for tacos and margaritas, but having MORE time is better! LOL!!
