Decided to share my excitement of receiving my first Gecko Rouge kit by opening it with everyone and sharing what all comes inside. Hope you all enjoy and will stick around to see my progress once I start.

Hi, Jamie. I've been stitching for well over 25+ years, and the easy grid fabrics have always been a wonder to me. I would appreciate your doing a video on how you work on them as I have a few large, full-coverage patterns in my collection that I would probably stitch much faster if I used those easy grid fabrics. Thanks!

I've never seen that pattern before, and I'm in loooove! When I finish my current full coverage piece, that one may give my HAED a run for it's money on what comes next. Thank you for showing the kit! They really do a great job putting it together. Very nice.

Gecko Rouge is one of my favourite kit companies, I have a few kits from them. Medusa Dollmaker is one of my favourite artists they have, I really want to get Gamer Nouveau and Dracula in the future.

Yes. Please do a video about stitching on gridded fabric. I always stitch on gridded fabric and would love such a video.

As they don't put the DMC numbers on, does PatternKeeper have the numbers 1 to whatever ? Thank you for sharing

I was wondering the same thing! How are you able to view the mock-up without the DMC colors? Very interested in ordering from them now! Thanks for this informative video

Pattern Keeper shows the numbers 1- however many are in the chart and not the dmc numbers. I don't know exactly how it works but all of the numbers were also assigned a color so you can still see the mockup when you load the chart and when you mark off stitches they match the color you were stitching.

Ah, of course when you load the pdf into PatternKeeper, there will be color names or similar assigned to the symbol and therefore PatternKeeper knows what you need. Clever! 😄 Thank you so much❣️

I bought it directly from the site. Yes it converts the pounds to dollars. If you scroll down to the bottom of the website, you can select what currency you want the prices to be shown in. Let me know if you have any other questions I might be able to answer.
