Man, all these phones have things that I love, but none of them have all of them. The Axon has the boss speakers, the 4S has all the software features, and the OnePlus has the blazing performance. I'd probably go for the Axon 7 because I love me some great built-in speakers and also the DAC in it is the best and I listen to a ton of music. But I'd still be lusting over the other phones. There's really not even flagship right now that has it all.

I just got the Idol 4s and it is a beast OMG, display is great, battery life great, hardware great, software great and its so smooth. Best phone I have owned

the best budget smartphones (in my opinion) are the ZTE axon 7 , moto x pure edition (because of its customizability), the Alcatel idol 4s, And the nexus 6p. From all of these you're getting great quality phones I recommend them

Hi Flossy, on Sat Aug 6 I pre ordered the Note 7 in coral blue I paid for the phone out right $879 at Best buy and I picked up the samsung wireless fast charge docking system for $61. Next week I plan on pre ordering the samsung IonX wireless ear buds. I can't wait to get my new phone on Aug 19!!!

I'm not sure if I am misunderstanding you talking about connectivity. But you're saying OnePlus and Idol is GSM (2G), while Axon has 3G and 4G. This makes me confused since my OnePlus 3 easily connects to both 3G, LTE and 4G. Or am I just misunderstanding you?

would a nexus 6p be a good choice over the axon 7 and the oneplus 3? because i would like a good camera and music experience, and i am not a big mobile gamer/ heavy user so i don't think i'd notice the (negligible?) difference between the snapdragon 810/ adreno 430 and the snapdragon 820/ adreno 530. because these three phones are almost at the same price where i live. i currently use an almost 4 year old lumia 820 lol!

By accident I lucked out when my "budget" phone starting going real "budget" on me and needed to pick up another number also and ended up with the Alcatel Idol 4S in Windows. I originally, and for a bit afterwards, thought, ewe, meh, but after a while really like it. Now need to upgrade the Android phone and think maybe waiting until 2018 to see what goodies are coming our way. The Idol does have good sound along with decent screen and memory so am looking for an upgrade from that in the Android upgrade. i appreciate your time that it takes to put these videos together. that boom key is almost like the old sony power buttons on the z3 and stuff. it would have been better to make that the power button instead

Hmm, I wonder if it would be possible for OnePlus to send out a software update that makes the SIM card tray able to take MicroSD, then sell a new tray on their website so an SD card could be held. I don't know much about the actual hardware, but it seems possible on paper.

Watching the video, it looks like the glass on the Idol 4s is less reflective than the Axon 7 or 1+3. Is there an actual difference or is it just an artifact caused by the positions of the phones and the lighting?
