Easiest Tempura cooking at home.
All you need is flour and this, and it makes Tempura crispy.
Adding 'this' results no oil splashing while frying.
Only minimum amout of oil is used, easy to clean, no waste.
When I cook too much tempuras, I stock them in the freezer and re-heat in the oven.
