Hi Mira, Thanks for providing pates video, when I do palates 4x week it helps me tremedusly with my lower back and hip pain. When I am doing the swimming excersize I hear and feel my spin bones cracking through the whole exercise. It dose not hurt but is very irritating. Any thoughts?
