Well said, I have a black belt in jujitsu but I started in boxing in MMA you have to worry about a lot more so the defense for an MMA fighter fighting a boxer is less technical. Boxers don't have to worry about being taken down so everything for a boxer is waist up with good footwork.

canelo is not a typical mexican pressure fighter he likes to box counter on the outside and packs a punch but if you can't match someone's speed is difficult not to mention mayweather defence which is the best in the world.

You can see that big bruise on his left arm when he slightly raises it @1:18. Most camera persons would have focused the camera briefly on the arm when he spoke about it.

Also people to be honest I don't see Manny winning to Mayweather on a first meet now maybe they would have to fight more than once but that first meet even back in 09 I still think May would have won on UD, reason why is the main thing that Manny has is speed and power those are his best 2 weapons but the thing is May is just as fast and in some cases like with footwork May might be faster, given that Manny would have a hard time faking him like he does others also his power isn't all that much a threat as people seem to think, remember MOSLEY hits harder than Manny and Mosley's best punch only slightly stunned May in which in return May came back and destroyed him, so Manny im sure could hurt him no doubt but that first meet will go to May UD that's how I see it. I guess it was a great match making, but I thought Canelo would use his weight on Mayweather to maul him and go to his body more. I hope Pacquiao leaves Arum. I think Arum is the reason why we haven't seen Pacquiao vs Mayweather. I still think the prime Pacquiao would have given the Prime Mayweather a lot of trouble and may even pull out a victory or a KO. Matthew Hatton was decent but just an average fighter. The tv companies promoted this as a competitive fight but on paper it was always an easy fight for Floyd.
