Fluffy Chicken Buns and Milk Bread Recipe

Here's what you'll need:
CHICKEN FILLING:
3 tbsps oil
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
300 grams chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
DOUGH:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (400g)
4 tbsps butter (50g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
TOPPING:
Mozzarella chees
eggwash: 1 egg+2 tbsp milk
sesame seeds

Yes, you sure can. She has another video where chicken and cheese were used as a filling. The only difference was the shape of the dough and how to fill it. I made that recipe but changed the seasoning the 1st time. 2nd time I used ground beef. That's one of the great things about her recipes. You can customize them to your liking. If you make these, Enjoy as I know you will... 😋

Hi, can I use this dough recipe but use the chicken floss (as topping) instead? Same pa din po baking time or mababawasan baking time kasi wala na po filling sa loob? Tried your brioche buns and they stayed soft and fluffy even after 3 days ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing your talent!!! 🙏🏻
