TODAY'S RECIPE IS Fluffy Donut Recipe | Croissant Doughnut | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Lukewarm water 110ml
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Oil 1 tbsp
Knead for 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Cover
Rest for 60-90 mins
Dust some flour
Apply water
Seal well
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
