+ 130ml Milk
(牛乳)
+ 30g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
+ 4g Instant dry yeast
(ドライイースト )
+ 1 Egg
(卵)
+ 300g Bread flour
(強力粉)
+ 1/4Tsp Salt
(塩)
+ Knead for 15 minutes
(15分間捏ねる)
+ 35g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
+ Knead for 5~10 minutes
(5~10分間捏ねる)
+ Rise for 1 hour
(1時間発酵させる)
+ Rise for 40 minutes
(40分間発酵させる)
+ Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
+ Medium heat 3~4 minutes
(中火 3~4分)
- GLAZE:
+ 35g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
+ Hot water
(お湯)
+ 150g Powdered sugar
(粉糖)
+ 35ml Milk

Well since no one is talking about the donuts I'll leave my review c: I made them today and they were great! They tasted better than store bought, as he said, and 100% will make them again :D I also added cocoa powder to the frosting and it was awesome, so you can try that too. Tip: be very careful when you fry them, if the oil is too hot they'll get brown very quick, and also take them out when they're light golden, not too dark c;

Hey, I really want to try it, can I ask u something? Can we use wheat flour or any other flour instead of bread flour? Sorry if I disturbed you, i really don't have any experience in cooking :)

@@mariyam9318 Sure! I made them with regular all-purpose flour and it was fine. The difference between them is the amount of protein they contain. With more protein, more gluten can develop and that gives more structure to whatever you're baking. I hope that cleared some doubts :D

I tried them today and literally they were amazing. I just love them. The dough was too stretchy. It don't think any dough can be better than this. Your recipe was accurate. I never imagined that I can make donuts like that. Donuts were too soft. Everyone said me that they are better than the shop ones. Thank you so much for such an amazing recipe. I tried it and God they were so good and soft, I tried a bunch of donuts recipes and they all tasted like bread or weren't "like donuts" even though they weren't as fluffy as him ( my yeast is super cheap and low quality) but it was definitely worth it super easy to do the ingredients are not super expensive and easy to find and it's delicious

OMG, I just made these and GUYS, they are amazing. The glaze is awesome, I followed everything step by step (although mine ended up being a little more brown - although not burned!) and I got the same results as Nino. I loved them!

I made this today and let me say you ...it was delicious. I couldn't stop eating. One of my favourite recipes. I am gonna make this again for sure. The measurements mein vary I had to add extra flour after adding the butter and i also added some sprinkles. You should definitely try it. So easy and so good !!
