DINNER ROLLS RECIPE:
4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
2 1/4 tsp of Instant Yeast
3 tsp of Coarse Kosher Salt (I use Mortons) or 1.5 tsp of Fine Table Salt
1 cup of Warm Milk
2 Eggs
1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
For the Maple Butter:
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
3 Tbsp of Maple Syrup

To save even more time, I form them the night before and pop them in the fridge. The day of I just pull them out, let them come to room temperature and bake.

Wow Laura, they look awesome! Thanks for the tip on overnight processing and placing them at room temperature the next day and then baking them right before dinner. OMG, Laura, I think I could eat that entire tray of soft dinner rolls. That maple butter is - what do you say, the pickle of life.

the overnight dinner rolls are so good, i bring them occasionally bring them to bible study and my pastor LOVES them. Safe to say i’m famous for those rolls now 😂

I just made your 12 year old carbonara recipe AGAIN! I made them last week with pancetta and today i didn't have any so i just uses ham. It's the best carbonara ever and ive had it before in two restaurants! Before i tried it using your recipe it scrambled and i was obviously disappointed. That was probably cause I kept the heat on after adding the eggs. So I'm glad you posted today. It's unbelievable that you are still posting videos on KZfaq after so many years! ❤

I save my egg whites and freeze them, then when I have enough, about 12 eggs worth, I make ANGEL FOOD CAKE!! Works perfectly!! (Of course you need to let the egg whites to come to room temp before making the cake)

do you have to activate the yeast if you use active dry yeast? That's all I use and i've used recipes where i proofed it and others I didn't.

I never put in the amount of sugar that is in the recipe, which is often 1/4 cup and makes them far too sweet for me. Usually I use about 1 tablespoon, sometimes even less.
