Dough Recipe:
4 eggs
200 gr of wheat
200 gr of sugar
150 ml of water
3 tablespoons of oil
1/2 spoon of baking powder.
Chocolates, encores to fill the middle. Or anything you like.
Preparation: start by beating the eggs until they foam, add the sugar little by little and beat well until it becomes light and fluffy. Add the oil and beat just to mix.
Sift the wheat and yeast and gradually add it to the egg mixture, alternating with the water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 35 minutes
Greased pan with baking paper on the bottom.
