I got this for $25 after rebate from my water company (it was $50 before rebate and $10 shipping). Also get a discount on home owner's insurance.

We pretty much let the grass go in the summer to conserve water. That and a circulating pump for the hot water puts us in the green for water consumption.

Same here. It’s pretty much all crab grass anyway and seems to grow without water.

I think the real value is the water monitoring which will help you become aware of water leaks that may otherwise not be found as early... like the slow leak I had in my crawl space for weeks before I just happen to walk by the crawl space access and hear the hissing. There was a flood in the crawl space. For around $30 net of rebates....Just sayin'
