I'm that client!! Its sooo embarrassing, I think its also the thought of being the horrible client and feeling like ur making their job worse. Also, I would get scared if I felt or smelled the glue. So I think being reasursured helped me A LOT, and being told its ok and that I'm not the only client like that and that they will still be able to do the job. Oh and I had the tape put down and when she removed it halfway through I started flattery again because my mind went back to it if that makes sense. So I think which ever hack you choose just stick with it all the way through.

This is very helpful. I wish that I watched it before I got my lashes applied. I went in the morning, after a bad nights sleep, had a double shot of espresso, plus I have anxiety. My lash tech wasn’t the nicest, and I could tell she was getting annoyed, and felt judged which made things worse, plus her music was not for me, I should have listened to a book on tape. I was able to go through with the appointment, and she did do a good job; however, she did not do any of the tricks in the video, just got visibly annoyed. She told me after the fact about the coin trick, which when I told her I was nervous and didn’t sleep and had coffee, she should have done more. I know that next time I will go at night and take something to make me more relaxed.

Can I get this done with sensitive eyes ? Will it help ? I got them done 3 times before and every time I get my lashes done there blood shot red the next day and a little sore . I was going to ask my lash tech to get sensitive glue . What should I do just stop getting them done ?
