I'd say you did really well here considering there's so many Psy-Psychic Moves you can miss as well as generally so many random often really rare or niche utility moves, like Spite, Spotlight, Topsy-Turvy, Torment, Role Play, Tar Shot, Trickortreat etc etc.

I kind of wish Sheep ball was a thing 😆. It sounds fun! I can imagine it being a move that the Ampharos and Dubwool lines learn. It makes me think of them rolling Mareep and Wooloo at the opponent 😆.

Game freak never choosing to consolidate the list of moves by phasing out old useless ones and instead going the complete opposite direction and now giving nearly every mon their own exclusive, also useless moves is a very strange design choice

All these unique moves, Z moves, g-max moves, and max moves makes it really apparent how crazy and out there Pokémon games have gotten rather than being polished over time.

pokemon games have become increasingly reliant on the game's gimmick that exists to make the game unique. whether that helps or hurts is up to interpretation but that only really affects game balance because resources spent on them are minimal.
